Of wisdom teeth and wisdom!

I never really understood why your last 2 molars are called "Wisdom Teeth". I see no relation between being wise and the teeth sprouting (rather painfully at that). Anyway, on the thoughts of wisdom, I think it all boils down to the matter of making choices in life and moving on with them. (I know that I harp on this choice making a lot, but it seems rather logical to me).

I was reading a friend's blog sometime ago and in the initial couple of posts she had a couple of quotes on Grief and being down for a while for reasons best known to her. She did sound happy though towards the end stating this - " No baggages and no worries" or something like that. Does that mean she is finally able to make peace with her inner demons or bitter memories or what ever it was that upset her some time ago? I certainly hope so.

Coming back to making choices, I need to make another one really quickly - When do I remove my wisdom teeth? My crooked wisdom teeth? Or should I get them extracted at all in the first place? What if they are actually my source of power or comic relief that I provide friends and family? Like Chandler's third nipple maybe?

Hmm...that's a toughie, trying to figure out whether she's been able to make peace with inner demons and bitter memories or not. I'm sure she's trying to figure it out herself.

As for your wisdom teeth, let them be. Dimaag nahi to na sahi, daanth se to tumhari akal badhey! :-D

I agree with Nabila :) You'll probably start missing them if you extract them. They're dedicated companions for all these yrs after all :)

just kidding. make your own choice mate, and may that be a wise one !
